Use blue and lilac through the currents, peach shells, and green seaweed. Leave a few mosaic tiles white to suggest foam.

A small coloring tip

Use a sharp pencil for the starfish dots and narrow seaweed tips. Change pencil pressure across adjacent current tiles to vary their depth.
